1. Returns and Exchange
At Computermobile.net, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we offer the following return and exchange policy:
- 7-Day Return Period: You have 7 days from the date of received any product for a refund. This applies to most items in our store.
- 30-Day Defective Exchange: If you encounter any defects within the first 30 days, we’ll gladly exchange the product for you
2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following:
- The returned item must include complete original packaging and contents, including accessories, manuals, software, and any gifts or codes from the initial purchase.
- All items must be in original, re-salable condition, including original software and operating systems.
- The return must be accompanied by the original invoice.
- Incomplete or physically damaged products will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
- Printers with opened ink or toner cartridges
- Clearance items
- Custom-built systems or custom order items
- Cable modems
- Service, delivery, and installation fees
- Gift cards and pre-paid cards
- Digital downloads, including digital software and video games
- Seasonal holiday goods
4. Manufacturer Verification
For select products, we may need to verify defects with the manufacturer before processing returns.
5. Refund Process
The customer who would like to return will ask for return authorization number according to the return policy. The number will be issued to the customer with the address the item must be returned to.
Once the item is received, refunds will be processed onto the original payment method, excluding shipping and handling fees if applicable. Return shipping fee is in the charge of the customer.
